This could be an ordering error on my part but I don’t think so. I’ve just started my solar journey and have purchased a chunk of Bluetti’s products (zero complaints so far). Out of the blue I recieved a box with a Maxoak AC012K-HU-35 which is a hub specific to charge Electric Vehicles (EVs). I’m just posting here if somene has had similar experiences. What’s got me curious is that this is an item for utilizing solar power that I didn’t order, but since I’ve just started researching and purchasing solar materials from Bluetti and have no track record before about a month ago, I wonder if this is a freebee from Bluetti? A marketing gift? The thing is that this isn’t an item I wolud intentionally purchase initially. It is addressed to me with no enclosed documentation in the box. Not in distress, just curious.

If this isn’t Bluetti related I know how to proceed both legally and morally. I’m just wondering if there was a Bluetti connection.

Mystery solved. I spent enough to get a premium gift and I thought I was getting the Handsfree 2 as part of the deal. Seems I spent more than I thought and was entitled to the EV charger. The confusion came from not getting any emails or ability to check shipping. This also was not a Bluetti branded item (Maxoak). I’m fine but tuning the customer notification pipeline is probably already being done.
