hello all I have a used bluetti ep500 pro that i bought used from gov planet and it worked for a while but now it will not do much other than give me a error on screen that says 006. sps voltage low - hardware it will then flash and beep but no charge none of the ports will turn on nothing . when i called bluetti about it they will not help me AT ALL SINCE I AM NOT THE ORIGINAL BUYER . I think this is bull crap. they will not even talk to me about what i need to fix it . If there customer service is like this i will defiantly NEVER buy another product from them and will make sure i tell all my friends not to buy there products either .

  1. Upgrade all firmware to the latest version in the app.
  2. Disconnect all loads and restart the machine.
  3. If the machine continues to show related short circuit errors after restarting while unloaded, it may need to be returned for repair.

Can you give me your direct number then I have called and emailed several times and no one will even talk to me about this unit because I am not the original person who bought it . They tried to sell me more cables and stuff for it but refuse to help fix it

I believe the ticket number is #363660 it’s hard to find all the info since it takes so long for anyone to get back to you . Mist if my interactions with your company was over the phone . Because I never hear back from you guys when I am asking for service . Now if I email to buy something they get with me right away …

Well it’s been a week and no response from the admin so I guess this is just about as good as the phone people NO HELP AT ALL!!!.
