hello all I have a used bluetti ep500 pro that i bought used from gov planet and it worked for a while but now it will not do much other than give me a error on screen that says 006. sps voltage low - hardware it will then flash and beep but no charge none of the ports will turn on nothing . when i called bluetti about it they will not help me AT ALL SINCE I AM NOT THE ORIGINAL BUYER . I think this is bull crap. they will not even talk to me about what i need to fix it . If there customer service is like this i will defiantly NEVER buy another product from them and will make sure i tell all my friends not to buy there products either .

- Upgrade all firmware to the latest version in the app.
- Disconnect all loads and restart the machine.
- If the machine continues to show related short circuit errors after restarting while unloaded, it may need to be returned for repair.

Can you give me your direct number then I have called and emailed several times and no one will even talk to me about this unit because I am not the original person who bought it . They tried to sell me more cables and stuff for it but refuse to help fix it
