My Bluetti journey

Hi. First let me say that I have learned a lot on this site. Three years ago I purchased a Jackery 400 and a 12 volt refrigerator because I drive a lot and needed a fridge. It still works great but I wanted to be able to get off the grid if needed because my electricity was constantly going out. I bought a generator but you have to be home to start a generator.
I Did some research and realized if you get a battery backup with the battery you cannot replace without loosing your battery back up what is the sense.
So after a little searching I purchased an AC300 with two B300k batteries.
They were so impressive I purchased another Ac300 and 6 more batteries.
So I may be moving soon so I wanted to keep the system portable. (as far as a 400+ pound system can be)
I have nothing that requires 240 volts but with two AC300 I can.
So I have one ac300 in my garage and one in my House. I am waiting for my 12 390 watt solar panels that will be on wheels in my back yard. I do have a coupe of panels that I put through my window for now and a 120 v 30amp cable that runs off my Honda eu5ooo generator.

So I know this is a long post but a coupe of things I would like to see improved.
So all of the connectors that came with the AC300 work great.
I ordered a 120volt 30 amp cable. Witch is what I am using to charge right now.
I use it on two AC300 units.
My system will be portable and I will be changing the 120 volt import cable between house and generator a lot.
First either put longer tie cables on the screw on input covers or separate them farther from each other.
Second make the threads on the connections more threads per inch or make them like the battery connections.
If you have any customers that remove and replace those plugs often you must get a lot of stripped connections.
I’m a plumber and know all about starting a thread and it is a problem at least with the 120 volt 30 connector.
I am very happy with this system. I ran my house heat fridge and sump pump for 5 days. on one charge.

@Yazz Thanks for sharing your BLUETTI journey! Glad to know that you are equipped with this AC300+B300K system as a backup power source for your home. I also appreciate your honest advice on the screw and thread design, and I’ll pass all of them on to the R&D and product teams. Enjoy!! :blue_heart:

Well I just received my solar panes today and will be working on building portable bases for them. Of course the delivery was an adventure as someone hit a light poll two houses down from me!
It all worked out in the end and I could not resist trying to hook up three of the twelve panels for a test run. By the time i was finished it was dark so no watts for me!
Maybe tomorrow.

Just finished my first base for three 390 watt panels. I had to move it out in the snow!
