My Bluetti EB3A power station keeps stopping charging and giving me an input error by flashing input. I’m using this battery (24 Volt Battery 25.2V 58000mAh 7S2P 18650 Lithium Battery Pack W/ Smart BMS) The battery is sold as 24v but it says 29.4v on the side of it and it reads 26v on multimeter. I’m charging it through the DC input. I got a 24v battery so it would charge faster. It was charging at 170w avg. before it would just stop and flash input came on 10 secs later. Any idea what’s going on?

@loneeagle If there is an error code? There are two ways to view error codes:
- Enter the APP to check the specific error report
- Press and hold the AC+LED keys at the same time
