Hello everyone, i received my AC180T today very excited and turn to disappointed:(
First of all. I bought it as a funding on indiegogo and received the unit that look like used one ( with scratchs and dust in battery compartment unit ). And try to plug it to the powerpoint to charge, it show nothing even try another cable and yes i have make sure the power is on.
Any one have problems like this before?

I think I would return the unit for a non used one.
Really sorry to hear that I would definitely contact bluetti support to ask for a new unit. Im sure they will sort it out for you. 
@Jasonphuong If you buy a new product, you will receive a brand new product. It is recommended that you contact crowdfunding@bluetti.com directly for replacing.
