Multicooler stopped cooling

Hi there.

‘Interesting’ issue.
Multicooler (with internal battery) stopped cooling after charging to 96%.
It is a permanent fixture in our remote cabin in the woods and is charged from an AC200Max connected to solar panels.

To get it cooling again, I don’t know if it was the big reset I did (pulled battery out for 15mins)
or giving it a shake
or powering it on its 24vdc power brick with out the internal battery from the AC200MAX that got it cooling again

Just concerned that its going to be a continuing issue and we won’t be able to rely on it for our food preservation etc.

Has anyone else had a similar experience?

I’m thinking too to maybe just power the Multicooler from the AC200Max without the internal battery??
Any thoughts of this too please?

Note: I can’t do a firmware update as we have no mobile coverage and cabin is only accessible via 4x4 once a year.

Many thanks
Regards
Warwick

Update on further testing for those interested.@BLUETTI_CARE

Issue with ‘Stopped Cooling’ occurs when powered by the 24VDC charging power supply supplied with the Multicooler.

So the fix for now was to just use the 12VDC cigarette lighter to Multocooler cable from the AC200Max.
This was faultless.

Have any other users had a similar issue with charger unit?

Hi @WJS, thank you for sharing your successful experience—it will help other users facing similar issues.
We guess this may be because DC charging raised the cell temperature, allowing the device to return to normal operation.
