Any one know where to get a Grounding Screw for a Bluetti Elite 100 V2. The one I purchased from their web site didn’t come with one. Its a M510* type it seems.

Try a hardware store? It’s just a normal screw. It should have been in a little baggie in the box that had the cables. Make sure you didn’t miss it?

CLEARLY A GROUNDING SCREW IS INCLUDED and frankly it’s FALSE ADVERTISING to not send a screw free of charge to any customer that did not get one no matter who sold the unit.

Bluetti is sending me a new one!
But things get lost at times as can be seen. So getting a spare would be a good idea also on my own.
