Dear all,
I am running a AC200max with 2 B230 extension batteries.
After an software update yesterday, I cannot see the two B230s any more on the app.
The function to view the batteries has disappeared.
The system still works fine as intended just can’t view the the B230s on the app.
Anybody had the same issue?
Hi @thnoetzel, We are very concerned about this issue.
I think the unfamiliarity with the new app interface might be causing the issue. You can click on the SOC (State of Charge) in the middle of the interface to access the battery pack information.
Does it help? If not, could you please check the software version of your Bluetti app and provide your phone model? We will investigate the problem accordingly.
