I recently got a B300K battery, and I noticed the P090A cable was a bit damaged at one end.
The box was a little beat up, but didn’t seem enough to cause any damage, so I’m not sure how it got this way.
The cable does seem to work fine, but I’m wondering if I should request a replacement, just to be sure.
This question is mostly for @BLUETTI_CARE .

Hi @rgb, I agree with you. We believe the issue was caused during transportation, so it’s very necessary to replace it with a new one. Please contact the seller directly to request a replacement.
