Low grid voltage error on AC50P

The voltage in my network is almost constantly about 190 volts and the station does not charge. It is impossible to influence this because our power grid is very badly damaged by the aggressor. Please update the software to allow charging at 190V.

Hello,
Thank you for providing the information. Please check if you can set the input voltage range in the app. If you can, try adjusting it to support charging at 190 volts.
If you have any other questions or need further assistance, please feel free to contact me!

Hello.
The app only displays the current voltage. There are no settings for the allowed charging voltage.

Dear @BLUETTI, the same issue here. I’ve bought 6 pieces of AC50P to part of my team to sustain their work during power outages, and they report of inability to charge the station once the voltage is about 190V. Moreover, is stops working as a bypass. Unfortunately, in Ukraine, the power grid is badly damaged by Russian bombardments and 190V is rather a new normal in some area.

Let me stress that all the electronics works well, only the station fails to charge.

Even decreasing 5V below 190 would be a solution but the app provides no option of it.

If you can issue an update, it would be highly appreciated
