Hi,
I’m from Ukraine and I use an AC70P. I get the E114 error whenever the voltage drops. Could you provide a custom firmware with slightly adjusted thresholds so the unit can handle these situations better?
Hello, please follow these steps to troubleshoot the issue:
Check if the firmware version in the app is the latest.
Enable the grid adaptive mode in the “Advanced Settings” of the app.
Set the charging mode to silent mode.
If you are using a wall charger and have confirmed steps 1-3 but still encounter issues, please provide your SN code and DSP firmware information so we can push the firmware to you.
If you are using another inverter (like EcoFlow) or a generator to charge the AC70, please check if the wall charger can charge normally. If it does, the issue may be with the inverter or generator output voltage or frequency being unstable and exceeding our machine’s input range. In this case, please provide your SN code and firmware information as well. You can find the SN in the app’s settings page and the firmware information in the “Firmware Upgrade” page.
If after trying the above steps you still cannot charge via AC:
Long press the ACON and DCON buttons to enter the settings interface, then long press the DC ON button until you reach the VE interface. Check if the current calibration voltage corresponds to your region (e.g., 120V corresponds to the USA). If not, please contact our technical team.
In the app, click on the AC input icon, enter the AC input interface, record a video, and then contact our technical team.
I am located in Ukraine, where, due to the war and constant shelling of power plants, we are experiencing voltage drops and instability in the electrical grid.
I’ve already reviewed the documentation and tried using Silent Mode with Grid Adaptive Mode enabled, but unfortunately, this did not help. The device is connected directly to the grid, and I am not using any inverter (such as EcoFlow) or a generator to charge it.
Currently, the device is running DSP firmware v2112.06.

Could you please push the firmware?
Thank you in advance.
Hi @BLUETTI,
I live in Ukraine and I also regularly get the E114 error because the input voltage drops to 160 volts. This voltage is acceptable for all my household appliances. Please help me with a firmware that will not drain the battery when the input voltage is above 160 volts.

Hello, @BLUETTI
I’m from Ukrain and have the same problem, error E114.
Please help me with a firmware that will not drain the battery when the input voltage is above 170 volts.
Greetings from Kyiv Ukraine.
I’m also facing same issues due to war consequences. After last rus missile attack I get constant E114 error. Please provide an update. Appreciate in advance.
