Login the Bluetti APP

i can not login in the bluetti app. i sold my first Bluetti elite 200 V2 and did an unbind. now i bought the Bluetti elite 200 V2 again and want to do a bind via the app. but i can not login. the serial number is : PR200V22509002019027. can someone help me please ?

Some possible solutions -
First, make sure when you see the Elite 200 in your list of power stations, you touch the 3 dots on its icon, this will allow you to chose between Bluetooth and WiFi, you need to pick one to communicate with the power station. If it is set to WiFi, change it to Bluetooth. If it still won’t bind…

  1. If your App is installed on a mobile phone - Uninstall the App, reboot the phone, then reinstall the App.
  2. Make sure your phones Bluetooth is discoverable and your phones location is on.
  3. You can connect at a local level without logging in, try that. Followed by…
  4. Try your old login, if it doesn’t work, make a new login ID.
