I have carried out an update of the IOT on our EP500PRO today and now have to realize that some functions on the display can no longer be changed directly.
Since when this is no longer possible, I can’t say, because I’ve always done everything via Bluetooth and app.
Of all things, AC and DC, WLAN/Bluetooth on/off, as well as reset are affected.
It is not possible for me to establish a connection with this.
Since the IoT firmware has already been upgraded, could you please check whether there are any other available firmware updates (such as main firmware or BMS firmware) and try updating them first?
If there is no update available, or if the issue still persists after the upgrade, please provide the serial number (SN) of your EP500Pro and all current firmware versions (including DSP, BMS, ARM,and IoT).
Under normal circumstances, an IoT firmware update should not affect the touchscreen or on-screen operations, so we would like to review the full firmware information to investigate further.
Hello @BLUETTI_CARE
About a week ago, I had the same problem on my EP500: I couldn’t physically control the settings on the device’s display. I can only do this through the app. Restarting the device doesn’t help.
The firmware was updated last year, and everything was fine until recently.

Hi @Bohdan_D, we would like to help you.
We have applied for the new firmware as per your request.
If the new firmware is available, they will complete the push within 24 hours.
Please upgrade the firmware tomorrow. Please do not load any device when upgrading it.
Please let us know if it works.
