Latest Bluetti App Issues

I just started using the Bluetti AC180 power station but I cannot get the Bluetti App to allow me to create an account. Each time I go to select the country the app just crashes. The offline version does not allow me to change any of the settings. The manual settings on the station does not offer the ability to change the charging mode. This is unacceptable because if I am using the battery as UPS to power my workstation and I’m trying to have meetings, I cannot change the charge setting to silent and I have to unplug the station while I work so it’s not friggin loud. Did I purchase a defective product or is the charge setting only available in the app which does not work?

The crashing app issue you’re describing has also been reported by other users when selecting country/region during account setup, so that part may be an app bug rather than your hardware being faulty.

You didn’t buy a defective unit — this is (unfortunately) how the Bluetti AC180 is designed.
