I have logged a failure on my ep500pro, CS au asked me to pack it up for warranty repair.
I sent an email with pictures and all requested information on Sunday 20 July, followed it up on wed 23 July and have had no response on RMA details and shipping label.
Can someone help me.

Atleast the EU Team have many inquerys at the moment and it take some days before they answer to messages. We could ask @BLUETTI_CARE if they can have a look at the ticket and provide you with the information for a successfull pickup.

Thank you for the response, they got back to me on Monday and it will be picked up on Wed 30 July.
It was frustrating because we had the first power outage since buying it and were unable to use it to protect our fridge and freezer.
