Just about to buy Elite 200 V2

Hello there, just about to buy the European model and I want to be sure of some features includes.

  1. WIFI: can I control it from outside home?
  2. It’s solved the problem where you can briefly press / touch the buttons and turn the unit off?
  3. It’s solved the problem when the device run out of battery, it not power back AC when home power back?
  4. UPS: ATX 3.1 need 12ms however this unit claims 15ms, will it be enough?

Last but least, I’m going to use it exclusively as a UPS, I know that the battery discharges even if it is not in use. Can I specify that it only charges for a certain period of time? For example use it all day connected to the house power, the battery will self discharge to 95% at the end of the day. then charge again to 100% only at night. it’s that possible?

Thanks!

  • WIFI: can I control it from outside home?

Correct (yes)

  • It’s solved the problem where you can briefly press / touch the buttons and turn the unit off?

Short pressing the power button turns off display. Long pressing it turns off the unit. You will see a visual “OFF” message on the screen.

  • It’s solved the problem when the device run out of battery, it not power back AC when home power back?

The feature is called “System Switch Recovery” but is disabled from factory I believe.

  • UPS: ATX 3.1 need 12ms however this unit claims 15ms, will it be enough?

No. The UPS in all Bluetti units are not true uninterruptible power supplies. It uses a switching relay and henceforth why there’s a delay. It’s all marketing fluff, like you see on solar panels as well (23% conversion rate!) Great, what does that even mean?! You would likely want a true online UPS which you can then supply power to “FROM” the Bluetti. Bluetti charges the UPS. UPS charges the ATX 3.1 PS.

Thanks for reply. So you mean they advertise “UPS” but is not UPS?

When you said it’s disabled from factory do you mean it’s somehow blocked and you can’t change it?

@corral
Among BLUETTI’s energy storage products, only the US-spec Apex300 can achieve 0ms switching; other products are offline UPS (with a switching time of 12-20ms).
Offline UPSs are inferior to online UPSs in some respects, but they can still provide power protection, so they can be called UPS (uninterruptible power supplies). They are suitable for devices that do not have extreme power supply requirements.
For applications that require high reliability and stability, online UPS are more suitable.
