Question for the @BLUETTI_CARE crewโฆ Is there two Amazon accounts posting the livestreams? Just trying to fully understand how that works thru amazon and am confused why I am seeing 2 different @BLUETTI accounts? It appears that the Bluetti account that has the logo as the avatar has all the past livestreams linked to it, but that this new account is now being used? TIA!!!

After confirming with the live team: because our Amazon LIVE account and Amazon seller account are linked. The Amazon team adjusted the account, so it caused us to have two Amazon LIVE accounts. Donโt worry, both are BLUETTI live accounts.

Gotcha! Thanks for the update! That is a bummer that things got โadjustedโ and that all those old livestreams wont be synced up with the single account but Iโm glad yall are on top of it!
