@BLUETTI_CARE Since the latest iPhone App update I have been having an issue whereby the advanced setting “DC Input Source” is stuck in “self-adaptive” mode.
Any attempt to change this setting results in a square box with a blue spinning icon.
Power station is a AC200P L, with all firmware fully updated, so apart from this app issue is functioning fine, the issue also does not occur when I’m using my Elite 100v2.
I would appreciate if you could have a look at this issue that I am having.

We would like to know the SN code of your AC200PL and its current firmware version. Our hope is to resolve the issue by pushing an updated firmware to your device.

Now I have applied to upgrade your system to our IT department. They will push the latest version of firmware to your unit in 24 hours.
Please upgrade the firmware tomorrow. Please do not load any device when upgrading it.

Hi @Teece, Unfortunately, the technical department has informed us that your firmware is already the latest version, so we are unable to push any other firmware to your device.
They believe this issue is related to the app. Could you please let us know your phone model and the app version? Additionally, could you record a video of the issue, upload it to a cloud drive, and share the link with us? We will then submit this information to the app department for further analysis.
Hi @BLUETTI_CARE Yes, the problem only occurred after the last App update to v2.3.25.
I do not have access to a cloud drive but here are two images that demonstrates what happens as a the result of pressing the DC Source button.
The spinning icon remains until I press the back button and return to the normal menu options for Advanced Settings
However it is worth noting that the issue does not occur when using my Elite 100v2, where everything works as it should including the DC Source option.
