Is the B300K disconinued?

I’ve got an AC500 with one B300K. I need another battery for living off grid through the summer here in the NM desert. B300K is out of stock. B300 discontinued. B500 out of stock (is that compatible with the B300K?) Are there any options at all to expand the batteries for the AC500? More solar panels will make it better, but during monsoon season I’m not sure that will be enough…

Thanks for any input - I’m new to this and just now setting up. I should have gotten 2 batteries right off the bat when I purchased this last August.

The compatibility is with the AC500, not the other batteries, unless you’re daisy chaining through the batteries.
Check if B300K2 is available instead of B300K, I’m no expert but B300K seems to have gone away, in favour of K2, in my local market.
Even then, from a quick Google it seems like B500K is compatible, but best practise seems to be to make sure that the B500K is the one closest to the AC500 (because it’s higher capacity).

From what I have seen, Bluetti produces B300K and B500K batteries that are backwards compatible. Some companies are labeling the B300K as a B300K2. Since the AC500 uses a 150 connector instead of the 90 connectors, you will need a 90 to 150 converter cable. The B300K only use a 90 connector.

Also, as an alternative, consider purchasing an Apex300, which has a built-in battery unlike the AC500. Depending on the promotion, you may be able to purchase an Apex300 and B300K battery close to the cost of two B300K batteries. Then you will have some redundancy should your AC500 every fail. Using your AC power cord, the Apex300 could provide direct power to your AC500 to keep your connected batteries charged. I hope this help!
