iPhone 16 pro-latest software…
App worked well until today…
Now, app keeps not connecting to ac300…keep getting “communication timed out, please try again.”
First it wouldn’t connect with bluetooth, then it wouldn’t connect with wifi, no log in, no nothing.
Deleted app and then reinstalled, now won’t log in at all to anything…just a spinning circle.
App is now useless for logging in…
UPDATE: Only works in offline mode…lost all data before I reinstalled so now definitely no data with new install.
Still cannot log in…“internal server error”

Hi @LukeWarm, Recently, we’ve been working on integrating the app accounts with our official store accounts, and during this process, we encountered several technical issues. The large volume of data involved caused a server crash.

We are glad to tell you that our technical personnel have successfully resolved the issue now. WiFi login functionality has been restored. Kindly verify on your device and let us know if it works now.

It is working now both with the wifi and the bluetooth, and data restored.
I thought it was my phone because Apple just updated their IOS, and MAC across their platforms.
