Inverter trips when one battery reaches 0%

I have an AC500 with two B300S batteries. When one of the batteries reaches 0% SOC the inverter switches off the AC and DC outlets, depite the remaining battery having 20% SOC. Why?

Thank you for your message. The behavior you’re experiencing, where the inverter switches off when one battery reaches 0% SOC, is not expected. It should continue to operate until the last battery is depleted.

To resolve this issue, please provide your serial number and the BMS version information. We can then assist you in upgrading the BMS firmware, which should fix the problem.
