Instability, and some suggestions

Hi all!
I have an AC500 and, on the whole, it does what it says on the box. I monitor it using the Bluetooth API, and after a few weeks, the data I receive turns into garbage. After restarting the AC500, all is well again.

Also, I get shutdowns sometimes, due to inverter overload. I’m going to fix the actual overload issue, but I have some troubles with the app. When I connect to the device, I can look at the errors, but they show only a time, not a date and I can’t find a way to get the date to display. Because of that, I can never be sure if the messages I see are old messages unrelated to the current issue, or current. Also, if I mark an issue as resolved, I am told it’s already resolved and I don’t need to resubmit again, but I still can’t turn on the AC output again. The only way to get AC on again is to physically remove the input voltage and turn it off by the power button, then turn everything back on. As I have the system in the loft, that is quite a bit of climbing and quite some choice words while moving through the tight space to the unit.

Is there any hope for a fix for these issues?
