Incorrect grid voltage readings

I don’t see this anywhere, is there a known issue with grid voltage readings being incorrect in Bluetti devices? I have a Bluetti AC2A which is consistently reading about 20V above actual grid voltage. Is there a way to adjust the voltage calibration of the built-in grid energy sensors?
Example from last night, the actual grid voltage was about 239V, measured via calibrated energy monitor plug and multimeter. Bluetti AC2A reports 259V grid and will not charge due to over-voltage and consequent grid alarm state.
(FWIW, in my area the permitted grid voltage is 225V to 254V https://www.legislation.qld.gov.au/view/pdf/published.exp/sl-2017-0223).
