Hello,
I have a AC200M Bluetti device on which the battery level indication is very inconsistent.
As an exemple: I have a battery level displayed on the LCD screen saying that the battery level si 84% then, I switch the device off and next time I switch it on (e.g. 1 hour or one day later), it displays a value of 0% battery left (although I have not used the battery).
I charge the device using the AC input power supply then a few minutres later, it says that the battery is 84%.
Some times I have the same problem with the battery being initially charged at 100%.
Is there a firmware update fixing this problem or is there an explanation for this behavior ?
FYI it sometimes happen that the battery level displayed is 0% although it was 80% the day before and and in this case it is really discharged and I have to refill it to gain a 100% level even if the device was OFF during one day or on but without having any output swithed on.
I have the device since a few years and I have not really used it intensively, so I don’t think the battery is damaged, especially since when it is showing a 100% charge I can use it until it is almost 15%or less after a few hours of use with a 500W/h AC output (with 1500W/h peaks).
The S/N of my device is AC200M2250002391317
Thank you in advance for your help,
