Impact of low grid voltage

Hi,

I have the AC300 UK Version and I am concerned that sometimes the grid voltage is quite low - 206v, instead of 220 - 240v. What is the impact of charging the unit on this low a voltage? And if there is any adverse impact, what is the solution if I wanted to use it in UPS mode and charge from the grid only?

There is no alarm coming on. But I was wondering whether there might be a long term impact if it continues like this.

@ayo Did your AC300 report any error codes?

The tech team indicated that if the machine is not displaying any error codes and charging normally, there is no cause for concern—this will not adversely affect the battery. :handshake:

Thanks. Out of interest, how low can it go before an error code is triggered?

It is 70% of the standard voltage.
