Sorry to have to report that after my recent experiences with Bluetti, I would avoid them at all costs.
Trying to get action through a warranty has proved impossible.
Had communications with other people with the same problem, not on here though.
They mentioned that matters such as this raised here will not stay up for long.

Thank you for the reply and confirmation. It’s just that myself and others were told by Bluetti that they had nothing to do with the forum at all. Which always seemed a little odd seeing Bluetti post here and there are links from Bluetti to this forum.

Would you please share your issues here? I’m a fairly new purchaser of Bluetti products, and want to know if there are issues with any of the products, or their support. Which of their products are you having problems with? When you contacted their support, what did they say? I think you’d be doing all Bluetti customers a favor by sharing. Thank you!
I actually have good experience with Bluetti support. Have bought many power stations in the past and a small number experienced issues (some were user errors) and was successfully replaced. I do say sometimes their instructions can be confusing or incomplete. Their staff do seem able and willing to help. Their techs on their email do answer your questions, though given the time zone difference, the answer may take a day to get back. Post your concern here on an appropriate thread and someone may help, or, email Bluetti support directly and get them to look into it.
It was OK for me to start with. However, I found that once they had decided not to act, that was it. In addition they had the feedback for my latest purchase through Ebay removed.

Hi, they’re a little lengthy to go in to really. I just wanted to inform others that I found the customer services to be lacking. As I mentioned, after conversations with others via other channels, I realised quite a few even had opinions removed from here. One item I purchased, Bluetti even had my feedback removed from a well know site due to issues I described. Thanks.
