I have a AC180, and I bought a Dokio solar panels, it has 5 DC adapters, which one should I use, and which port should I insert ?

I think the AC180 uses the 8mm plug. I dont have the unit and cant say for sure but other units from bluetti use the same plug.

In the AC180 Box should be a MC4 cable. Just have a look what plug they use and compare it with the plug witch shipped with the panel.
