Huge solar farm (350 Megawatt) in Texas wiped out from hail

I find the rigid solar panels tough as nails, but they won’t survive chunks of ice raining down on them.
I’ve only seen it hail here in Vegas once in 13 years. Not sure what you can do to protect them unless you can quickly set them standing upright. I might start collecting large sheets of cardboard to throw over mine, but there’s likely going to be little warning when/if it happens.

Goodness, this is unbelievable!
The hailstones are the size of golf ball. Enough to kill someone.
