I have three Apex 300s connected to an AT1 smartpanel via a HUB A1. A few weeks ago, the HUB A1 failed, possibly because of a voltage issue as the parallel port light was flashing. Bluetti replaced the unit and the new one worked fine for almost two weeks before failing a couple of days ago. The parallel port light is again flashing. I’m now concerned about the long-term reliability of the HUB A1. Has anyone else experienced quality issues with their HUB A1? Is this a weak link in the system?

I have had mine for about 6 months so far with no problems.
Good to hear. I just installed the second replacement unit so hopefully this one will hold up.
