Hub A1 not charging and distributing evenly

I’ve set up my Hub A1 with two Apex 300s and was wondering how the A1 is supposed to handle the charging and discharging. I have the A1 connected to 120V AC input, while the loads are connected to the A1’s 14-50R output (no loads on the AP300s themselves.)

In the app, the A1 shows an aggregated average charge percentage for the two AP300 batteries, but they are individually wildly different. The app might show 50% while the displays on each AP300 show 100% and 0%, respectively. When loads are being drawn from the A1, it seems to pull from one battery more than another.

Is this intentional? It seems like that will lead to one battery being worm out faster than the other.

Thank you for sharing your setup and concerns! Please rest assured that this situation is normal. A1 may show different charging percentages between the batteries due to their individual states and internal circuitry.
