Hub A1 accessory cables

The Hub A1 user manual is very light, there is very little information on how to use the hub A1 outputs and charging inputs and how they are distributed to the APEX300s

It mentions accessory cables :
50A AC Input Cable (5.9ft / 1.8m)
Sub Panel Connection Cable (6.5ft / 2.0m)

I can’t find them anywhere on the BLUETTI website ?

Hello, what items have you received with your purchase of the Hub A1? We will help you check if anything is missing. Thank you for your patience!

I have received the classic 120v plug cable with open end. I want 30A TT30 though (not 50A as I mentioned before, my mistake)
(there was also 2 cables to connect to my two apex300 as ordered)

I do want to connect to a sub panel using the 50A AC output also

Thank you for the update. I’ve received the classic 120V plug cable with open end, along with the two cables for my Apex300 units as ordered. However, I’d like to clarify that I actually need a 30A TT-30 connection (not 50A as I mentioned earlier — my mistake).

@jlaine it looks like you received the 120v input cable and two “Hub A1 Parallel Connection Cable.” That is all that is included with the Hub A1. The output cables are industry standard NEMA 14-50 and NEMA L14-30 connectors so you don’t need to order those from Bluetti. I don’t think that Bluetti sells the “Sub Panel Connection Cable” as such but it’s just a 14-50P cable with open ends like this one: Sub-Panel Connection Cable

If you want to run high power or 240 volts, you probably need the “50A High-Power AC Charging Cable for Parallel Use” which you can find by looking for the “Apex 300-AC Charging Cable (input).” This is the 50A AC Input Cable.

The TT-30 is a 120v connection; to use it for output you can grab a L14-30 to TT30 adapter. To use it as input you should purchase a TT30 power cable with open ends like this one: TT-30 Input Cable
