Hello,

I live in Ukraine. When the power goes out, the AC output of my AC200PL turns off for a split second and then automatically turns back on. This short interruption is enough to reboot my computer.

How do I solve this problem?

Serial number: AC200PL2435000479605

Thank you in advance.
Best regards.

Hello!
I have a similar problem: when the power goes out, the AC output on my AC200PL turns off for a split second and then automatically turns back on. This short interruption is enough to turn off my Sony PS and TV.

Model: AC200PL
Serial Number: AC200PL2546110162486
BMS: v1056.03
ARM: v2140.05
DSP: 2130.13

Thanks in advance!

Hi @Makx, we are not sure if there is a new firmware available for this issue.
We have applied to push the latest firmware. If available, it will be pushed within 24 hours. Please upgrade and test it tomorrow.
If no new firmware is available, we recommend using a surge protector to prevent load shutdowns caused by power surges.

@BLUETTI_CARE Hello! I turned off all ECO and Self-adaptation settings and seems this helped me. I don’t know if this is the right or the only right solution, I think I saw somewhere on the forum that it was still treated with custom firmware, but it was the manipulations with the settings that helped.

Hello @BLUETTI_CARE,

I have successfully updated my AC200PL to ARM v2140.06. I have noticed two issues that seem incorrect for my region (Ukraine, 230V standard):

Issue 1: Incorrect Voltage in the Grid Self-Adaption settings
In the “Grid Self-Adaption” section, all settings now show 120V.

Before the update: It was showing 230V.

Current situation: My country’s (Ukraine) standard is 230V, but the app shows 120V.

Is this a regional firmware error?

Issue 2: Low AC Output Voltage
When the device is not connected to the grid (AC Input: 0W) and running on battery with a 40W load:

Actual Output: The AC output voltage is only 210V - 215V.

Expected Output: It should be 230V.
Is this drop in voltage normal for this firmware version, or is it related to the 120V/230V discrepancy mentioned above?

Actual System Information after updated:

Model: AC200PL

SN: AC200Pl2546110162486

BMS: v1056.03

ARM: v2140.06

DSP: 2130.13

Please let me know if I should revert to the previous version or if a new fix is available.
Thank you for your support! :hand_with_index_finger_and_thumb_crossed:
