AC 180 SN 1110162L508234900452 How can I unbind them?

Hello, I can register and unbind it for you, but you need to give me the correct sn code, such as the serial number of AC200Max (AC200M+13 numbers)

Hi - I just received my AC200 Max also and tried to register. It’s still not showing in the list of my devices. I’m not sure if it’s bound to another account still but I’d like to do the firmware update.

Hello, a brand new device has not been bound. Regarding firmware updates, you can find it in the device settings after binding the device.
