How to change the Bluetooth/Wi-Fi name, so everyone in your general vicinity doesn't't know what device you have

The title explains it all.

How can we change the device name that is being broadcast via bluetooth and wifi?

I feel like it’s a safety concern to not allow this. The app allows us to change the device name but that only reflects in our own personal app. Bluetooth still broadcasts the exact model device that is with you. It’s pretty darn concerning if you ask me.

If you own a model released before 2023, I’m afraid you can’t change it. Regarding the issue of Bluetooth direct connection privacy, a security passcode lock like scheme will be added to the Bluetooth direct connection. But only for models after AC2A/AC70.
