I have an AC200L unit with the 48 volt output. I have purchased the appropriate connector and made a cable. How do I output the 48 volts (I can use my own step down converter)? Each time I try to draw a load, the current stops. Since there is no available D40 can you at least let us know how to use the port for direct 48 volt access?

Did your AC200L report any errors? It needs to be determined whether AC200L protects or your device caused it to stop outputting.
I have no output cable because Bluetti did mot make any. I made my own cable and simply want to know how to turn on the 48 volt output. All AC200Lās now will stop outputting 48 volts when a load is attached
