How high is the self-consumption of the EP600?

I have searched for it in all downloadable documents, but I can’t find any details.
Just read only this single (!) sentence about it in the user manual:

self-consumption strategy , but how will it work?
How can we stop self-consumption as soon as the capacity falls below SOC low?
