how do I get my Bluetti to charge once it hits 0%

is there someone in the Toronto area who can jump start my battery?

It would help your cause, if you provided more info. i.e. What battery are you noting, power station model and a brief description of what you did to get to 0%. What where you running and at what load?
Have you tried plugging the charging cable into mains power?

@Rose The technical team has confirmed that if the battery is over-discharged, you need to contact the support department for repair; if the cell voltage is too low, it cannot be recharged and started.

Hi rose as your battery is completely drained. You could try charging from 12v socket in your car until it gets to 1% then take it back indoors and charge from the mains.

I have a small maxoak AC50S battery. It was at 80% and I had plugged in a small bar fridge at my trailer. Overnight the battery drained to 0% I took it home and charged it overnight with no result. I am searching for an expert who may be able to open the battery to access the alternator to activate the battery.
When I press the ON button the battery lights up but indicator shows no level of battery power.

I don’t have a car but perhaps I can attempt this with my friend’s car on the weekend.

That would certainly work. It can take up to 30min to register the 1% depending how much it has drained. Here hoping it works for you. If not @BLUETTI_CARE will get it sorted for you. :crossed_fingers:

Try either a 100W solar panel or car charger to wake it up. Sometimes it takes a minute or two for it to wake up using a car charger. The AC50S is a fairly old model (I have two) and is NMC, so fewer life cycles than LFP (Hobotech says 1000 to 80%). I note in the Hobotech review he also says the Depth of Discharge in the manual is 90%, so there should be a 10% pad to protect the battery. If it is not lasting as long as it used to, it could be nearing end of life. Are you using AC or DC for the fridge?

Here’s the Hobotech review from days of yore:
