Hello community, I just received my AC200L and started it up and fully updated it. I tried to “factory reset” it in the app but nothing happens ( I like to factory reset my devices after updating them to avoid any potential issues/conflicts in old code or settings).
@BLUETTI_CARE Is there any way to manually factory reset the unit outside of the app? I would also really like it to forget my WiFi network and just use Bluetooth for future connections.

Hi @gglover, Currently, we do not have a way to restore factory settings outside of the app, and we believe it is unnecessary. If you have already clicked the reset button in the app, that means the factory reset has been successfully completed. Please don’t worry.
The bulk-pushed firmware has undergone multiple rounds of testing and is functioning correctly. We take full responsibility for this, and you can always contact us if you encounter any issues. Our technical team is always here to assist you.
If you prefer to use only Bluetooth and not WiFi, please select the default Bluetooth connection in the settings. Alternatively, you can modify the WiFi password in the app, set an incorrect password, and save it, so that it will prevent future WiFi connections.
