How come Costco Igloo 83 quart electric cooler while using AC power cord, uses different electricity when plugged into a different power station?

how come my igloo 83 quart electric cooler when plugged in to my bluetti elite 200 v2 uses variable watts, e.g. 60-ish, 70-ish even up to 120 watts, yet when i plugged it into my brand new power station from another brand c****x gen 2 power station, it only used a steady 32 watts??

it is running on ac power cord not 12 volt cord, and the item info is Igloo 83-quart Dual Zone Active Cooler

I asked Google and Artificial Intelligence this question and it says the other brand’s power station may just give an “average” output where-as Bluetti’s inverter or whatever updates more regularly? Or refreshes a lot more? Just curious.
