It’s not a payment card, I pay with it all over Europe + China. Today I went to the bank because of this, they told me that the payment was blocked by the BLUETTI seller. So how can you explain it to me? A similar case happened to me once with a European seller, when the goods were on sale, I couldn’t pay, and when the goods weren’t on sale, I could pay.
