Hi @BLUETTI or @BLUETTI_CARE, I’m from Ukraine and experiencing frequent E114 (Low Grid Voltage) errors on my AC70P due to unstable grid voltage (often around 180-200V because of the current situation). Standard firmware and Grid Self-adaptation don’t fully resolve it. Could you please provide a custom firmware with adjusted lower voltage thresholds?

Hello!
I’m also from Ukraine, and I have a similar problem. Could you help me? I filled out the form you provided in one of your posts, but the problem still hasn’t been resolved. The line voltage averages 180-190 volts during peak power periods.
My device:
Model AC70P
AC70P2345001554187
ARM v2122.07
DSP v2112.06
BMS v2112.06
Hi @Makx, that is correct. The linked form was temporarily unavailable during the Spring Festival holiday and will resume normal service starting from February 24th.
We have now received your information and are applying to push the new firmware to your device.
If the new firmware is available, they will complete the push within 24 hours.
Please upgrade the firmware tomorrow. Please do not load any device when upgrading it.
Please let us know if it works.
I have successfully updated my AC70P to DSP/BMS v2112.71. This was the update intended to improve charging at low grid voltage.
Current Status:
The device is working stably and correctly under normal conditions.
Low Voltage Test: I haven’t been able to test the low-voltage charging fix yet because my grid voltage has stayed above 198V today. I will monitor it and inform you if any issues occur when the voltage drops lower.
System Configuration after updated:
Model: AC70P
SN: AC70P2345001554187
ARM: v2122.07
DSP: v2112.71
BMS: v2112.71
Question about Future Updates:
If you release standard/planned firmware updates in the future, should I install them? Will a standard update overwrite this custom low-voltage fix? Please advise if I should stay on this version or keep updating.
Hi @BLUETTI or @BLUETTI_CARE, I’m from Ukraine and experiencing frequent 058. (Grid Voltage Low) errors on my AC300 + B500K due to unstable grid voltage (often around 180-200V because of the current situation). Standard firmware and Grid Self-adaption don’t solve the problem as Grid Self-adaption just can’t be enabled. Could you please provide a custom firmware with adjusted lower voltage thresholds or suggets how should I charge my device?
