Hi @BLUETTI or @BLUETTI_CARE, I’m from Ukraine and experiencing frequent 058. (Grid Voltage Low) errors on my AC300 + B500K due to unstable grid voltage (often around 180-200V because of the current situation). Standard firmware and Grid Self-adaption don’t solve the problem as Grid Self-adaption just can’t be enabled. Could you please provide a custom firmware with adjusted lower voltage thresholds or suggets how should I charge my device?

Hi Vitalii, I have the same situation and problem. The ONLY decision in your situations - Inverter voltage stabilizer. Brand VOLTER and only Inverter type (yes it’s expensive but believe me - I tried everything and only inverter stabilizer helped me to charge my Bluetti). Grid Self-adaption - not a panacea in such unstable electric environment.
Hi Arvian, thanks for info. Are u saying that stabilizer like Conter MSER 3000 VA-V2/2250W will not help me to charge my AC300. If u know the concrete VOLTER model, please suggest
It’s a dinosaur )) I know it’s fresh but the technology itself not for the modern devices. Search for the “test for the difference of stabilisation: inverter VS toristor/stepped” on youtube. You will see the difference.
Hello @BLUETTI_CARE. Thanks a lot for the new firmware. After moving to it and enabling “Grid Self-adaption” mode AC300 started to charge with not stable voltage.
So thanks a lot for the help!
Hi Vitalii,
can you share what voltage range your AC300 can “eat” from grid with Grid Self adaptation mode ON? And when the power grid goes out, does the inverter switch to battery power smoothly (in 20 ms), or does it take significantly longer? Do the lights flicker or do the loads shut off?
Thanks in advance for your answer. In my case all AC/DC connected devices disconnect for a 1 sec because Inverter “thinking” much longer when the GSA mode is on.
Hi Arvian, now I’m able to charge my AC300 starting from 180V. Speaking about UPS mode, today I had approximately 1 second delay before AC300 swithced to a battery. It is not a problem for me as I use laptop and internet devices(model, router) use their own UPS, but yes delay is notisable
