Getting 004 error while charging AC500 with B300

Hello, I have two AC500 units running in split mode. When I’m trying to charge the batteries from the grid, one is charging with no problem, but the other one is starting the charging process, the percentage goes up too quickly compared to the first unit and it stops the charge with 004 error Battery Voltage High hardware.
What could be done here?

@Eugstr

  1. Please provide me with the SN and the firmware version of AC500, and the BMS version of B300, then I can check if it is the latest firmware.
  2. Please do a full cycle of charge and discharge, empty the battery, and then fully charge it again. Kindly note that no equipment is loaded during the charging process;
  3. When the 004 error appears, what is the SOC?

S/N 2145000344624
IoT v9014.09
ARM v4032.06
DSP v4031.06
HMI v6029.08
BMS: 1014.15

The last time 004 error appeared it was charged to 75%, I’ve tried several times, it adds a few points and appears again. It doesn’t go to 100%.

I’will try to discharge and charge again and let you know how it goes.

@Eugstr Thanks for your information. Please update the BMS firmware of B300 to 1014.16 and test.

I don’t have a check for update button on my phone. Please advise how could I update the firmware.

@Eugstr The firmware has been pushed. Please login with your account and connect via Bluetooth to check if you can see the new firmware.

@Eugstr Is there any update?

Yes, I was able to update all firmware and I drained the battery and it charged to 100%. But when I stopped charging and checked the battery again it showed me 96% even though it was completely off after I charged it. Anyway, I think the issue is solved, I’ll keep an eye on the system and let you know if something is not right

@Eugstr Thank you for your update.
