Hi, I’ve had my AC60P for a month, and now I can’t use it because it’s giving me the E074 error and the temperature anomaly alert light is on. The weather isn’t too hot, it’s 19°C, so it shouldn’t be overheating
It doesn’t show me any other errors when I click on SOC

Hi @GDO, E074 indicates a BMS system failure. We need more specific error codes.
Please click the SOC icon in the middle of the app to get Battery Information, then click the Pack 1 icon, and then click Alarm and Error to obtain the specific codes.
Then we will further troubleshoot the issue.
