I replaced the Fusion Box connectors with a Sintron NEMA TT-30P from Amazon, which are about $$10 each, and they work fantastic compared to the straight-on connectors that come with the boxes, which keep partially pulling out due to the side-force of gravity in the weight of the cabling.
Here is a photo of the plug installed and in use, and as you can see, it does not pull out at all with the weight of the cord pulling laterally in relation to the pins. The plug stays in solid connection without the danger of losing the ground pin connection with the supplied plugs.
