I have tried MULTIPLE time to email you & it always comes back UNDELIVERED- WHY!!! ???

I have checked with support team and there is no problem with this email address service@bluettipower.com.
Did you add an attachment to the email, please? If so, I suggest you compress it and upload it again. If the attachment is too large, there will also be the situation that sending is not successful.

It can help the e-mail server admins if you include the technical failure message that comes with the mail rejection message.
