Just received my first Bluetti unit yesterday.A Bluetti EB3A and an SP100L solar panel.

I have 2 of them. I use them all the time. We use an air compressor for tractor tires. We use it for powering fans in the storage containers. We use them to power small appliances. We use them to charge phones. We use them to charge the 20v and 40v power tool batteries while working away from the main house. We often bring along a 100a panel and connect it and the unit never drops below 80% while charging batteries. We used electric chainsaws to clear downed trees that fell on the house during the hurricane. EB3 kept them charge and operating for 8 hrs a day. We used them to zero during Hurricane Milton, then solar panel to recharge. We keep them and a host of Ecoflow Rivers. So far they have turned out to be the best thing since sliced bread.
I even use them to power exercise bikes on the front porch. Power stations are just a necessary thing.
