This is a great feature update, thanks!
I assume this is called ‘System Switch Recovery’. When I try to enable this, it prompts me to enter a ‘Pro Mode Password’, can you assist with what this password might be? EDIT: I just saw in another post that it is ‘ 88888888’.
Dale.

Hi @Daleyb93, Yes, you are right, it called ‘System Switch Recovery’.
And the password is ‘ 88888888’, the reason we set a password is that we hope users have a certain understanding of this function, so as to avoid any accidents caused by the automatic activation of the output when no one is watching.

Thnk you Bluetti. Do you know if the AC200L will support this feature later with an upgrade?

@hjgs1256 Hi Joel,
Sorry, the product team has confirmed that AC200L will not update this feature for the time being.

My recently purchased ac50p does have this system switch recovery setting but it automatically gets disabled after every restart including when unit reaches 0% battery and then boots up when ac is back ok

Hello, after enabling this feature, the AC and DC output settings will be remembered when the SOC drops to 0%. Once the SOC recovers to 5%, the settings will automatically revert to their original state. When there is AC input, the settings will be restored immediately when the SOC reaches 5%. However, without AC input, the output will only revert to the original settings at least 30 minutes after the SOC reaches 5%.

But it does not do that. After SOC drops to 0 and unit turns off with ac output active. Then I connect back the ac grid, it turns on, charges to 5% and more and nothing happens, it just keep charging.

When i check the system switch recovery setting, it got disabled after the restart. Also when i manually turn off and on the unit it also disables this feature. Should it do that?

Hello, please provide sn code and firmware version of your device, I will ask technical team to check it.

Hello,

Sn code: 2518000649475
Firmware arm: v2171.01

AC50P2443001270290 I have the same problem.

Hello, @BLUETTI

Is there any news on this? Will it be possible to fix this with firmware update? If yes, when could I expect to get it?

Thanks

We have pushed ARM217102 and require feedback on the results.

Thank you!

Hello, I have registered your firmware upgrade.

Hello,

It seems to work now.

But there is some weird quirks:

  1. Once you restart it with the power butto , it auto disables system switch recovery setting and then you need to use the app to turn it back on each time it would make sense to save the state of this setting
  2. After 0% battery restart if you open the app you can see that the system switch recovery setting is disabled if you don’t open the app it seem to work multiple times

Hello @BLUETTI,

I have the same issue as dj_oni and Roland98 with the System Switch Recovery function on my AC50P.

When the battery reaches 0% and the unit shuts down with AC output active, after reconnecting to grid power and the unit starts charging, it does not restore the AC output state even after reaching 5% SOC or higher. The System Switch Recovery setting also gets automatically disabled after the restart.

Could you please push the ARM217102 firmware update to my device as well?

My device details:
• Model: AC50P
• Serial Number: AC50P2528001120008
• Current Firmware: v2171.01

Thank you for your assistance!
