The UPS mode has never worked properly on my EB3A (EB3A2303008618185)
The app says it’s on ARM v2053.08 and DSP v2052.11 but also says there are no updates available.
How do I update my firmware ?

The UPS has random 1-second microcuts causing reboots of the computer that is attached to the AC output, even when the AC input is live. This basically defeats the point of using it as a UPS.
This happens especially, but not always, when the DC output is used at the same time.

I know this is a little old, but was this issue ever resolved? I had the same issue over a year ago. I attempted to use it as a Battery Backup for my NAS server. I went through all of the Bluetti support suggestions, including updating my firmware, but it would still drop the AC connection and allow my NAS server to shutdown abruptly.
