Hello @BLUETTI_CARE / Community,
I’m encountering a problem after a firmware update on my EP760 + B500 system:
- IoT has been successfully updated to v9043.17 (IOT2352000053962 → PBOX2352000053962)
- ARM shows upgrade from v5023.14 → v5023.23
- DSP shows upgrade from v5022.11 → v5022.19
- BCU shows upgrade from v1025.16 → v1025.19
- Safety Module on B500 shows upgrade from v1026.09 → v1026.10
- BMU and High-voltage Module remain at v1028.06 and v1027.06, respectively.
However, the EP760 (EP7602403000017311) still appears inactive (greyed out) in the app, and only the IoT controller (“PBOX…”) is visible with limited functionality.
It appears the update progressed on most components, but failed to complete fully, leaving the system in an inconsistent state.
Could you please provide:
- The USB firmware files for ARM, DSP, BCU, and Safety Module—so I can finalize the update manually via USB.
- A step-by-step guide for applying the firmware through USB to recover normal operation.
- Access to PRO mode in the app
Your assistance will help me restore functionality. Thank you in advance!
Best regards,
Bohdan

Do I understand correctly that if I can’t update the firmware using the app, then if Bluetooth connection is not possible, the only option is to update the firmware via USB?
Hi @Bohdan_D, We attach great importance to your feedback and have submitted the relevant information to the technical department for analysis.
We will contact you once we receive a response.

Hi @Bohdan_D, Thank you for your understanding and patience.
Regarding the issue where the serial number changes to PBOX and prompts that the device does not exist, our R&D department has already fixed it. You can directly test the connection now. Please let us know if this works.
Please get pro mode access as installer in link below
https://h5.bluettipower.com/app/apply-vip/index.html
We will approve your request after receiving it on our system,
please wait patiently. Then you will see Pro mode after login APP.

Hi @BLUETTI_CARE
Thanks for the quick response.
I re-logged into the app and account. Rebooted the station and controller. Deleted and re-added via scanning EP760. Still can’t connect via Bluetooth. On Bluetooth I still only see the controller.
After clicking the link, I get a notification that PRO mode is activated. But I don’t see it in the app.
Hi @BLUETTI_CARE @BLUETTI
The actions taken earlier did not change the situation. Please tell me, could we still consider the option of solving the problem by updating the firmware via USB?
Hi @Bohdan_D, Thank you for the update. We noticed that there is no Bluetooth icon displayed in the top-right corner of your phone.
Please try restarting your phone’s Bluetooth first, then restarting the IOT. We hope this troubleshooting step helps resolve the connection issue.

Bluetooth is fine. The icon should not be displayed. But I restarted it just in case. The problem remains.
As I described before, I can connect to the IOT via Bluetooth (after the update it is called PBOX…). But, I cannot connect to the inactive EP760…311 in any way, neither via Bluetooth nor via Wi-Fi. That is, remote control is not available.
And I cannot update the firmware of all other components (ARM, DSP, BCU, and Safety Module ets) - even via the IOT connected via Bluetooth.
That is why I asked you for help. I apologize if I was not able to describe my problem clearly enough (I use a translator)
@BLUETTI_CARE,
I have followed all recommended steps: re-logged into the app, rebooted the station and controller, removed and re-added EP760 via QR scan, and activated Pro Mode — but the unit remains greyed-out in the app, and I still cannot connect to the EP760 (only to the controller).
What should I try next? If USB firmware update is the only option, where and how can I obtain the necessary files (ARM, DSP, BCU, Safety) and instructions to apply them?
Thank you in advance — I am ready to follow your guidance to fully restore functionality.
Hi @Bohdan_D, Regarding this issue, please note that after updating the PBOX, the SN code of the EP760 will no longer be usable—only the SN code of the new PBOX can be used for connection. Please test this and let us know if it works.
If the test proves ineffective, we will escalate this matter to a technical engineer for follow-up. To proceed, please click on my profile picture and select “Message”; we will then provide you with the technical engineer’s WhatsApp account for direct communication.
Hi @BLUETTI_CARE !
would you approve my request for EP2000?
Thanks
Erik
Hi, @BLUETTI_CARE
Thank you for your attention to my problem.
As I described earlier, I can connect to PBOX23…62 via Bluetooth, which is visible in the Bluetooth section (last screenshot). But, the functionality is limited (compared to the possible connection via My Devices) and Wi-Fi control and remote control via the cloud are not available. Also, the possibility of subsequent software updates even via Bluetooth is inactive.
Later today, when I am near the station, I will try to connect as you indicated. If it does not work, I will contact you via message to get the contact of a technical specialist.
@BLUETTI_CARE
Following your advice, I successfully added PBOX to My Devices and connected to Wi-Fi. PRO mode in the app is active and accessible.
Thank you very much for helping me solve the problem
